Dishwashers and washing machines
Positioned, connected to water, waste and power, levelled so they stay put at full spin, and run through a test cycle with every joint checked dry.
Tumble dryers
Placed where the model can breathe, stacked only with the proper kit, and connected to power — and to a drain or vent where the design asks for one.
Hobs and built-in ovens
Cut-outs and cabinet openings are measured against the template, the gas or electrical connection made properly, and the fit sealed so spills stay on the worktop.
Cooker hoods
Classic, telescopic, built-in or decorative — mounted at the right height, with a duct route that actually moves air or a clean recirculation setup.
A complete handover
Every appliance is unpacked, levelled and tested working, then handed over with the two or three habits that keep it out of trouble.

Do you take emergencies?+
Yes. The emergency line is available 24/7 on 0774 926 611 for major leaks, burst pipes, flooding and urgent boiler faults. Same-day and after-hours supplements can apply; they are explained before attendance.
What plumbing work do you do?+
Leak repairs, pipe replacement, taps, toilets, sinks, baths, showers, drainage, filters and complete plumbing systems for homes and commercial spaces.
What heating work do you do?+
Boilers, water heaters, radiators, underfloor heating, heat pumps, system cleaning, repairs, configuration and maintenance. Where relevant, work can also include chimney inspection or cleaning and clearing restricted radiators.
What gas work do you do?+
ANRE-authorised gas-system design, installation, connections, inspections, servicing and repairs for homes and commercial premises, including work serving boilers, cookers, ovens and gas water heaters.
Can I ask for an assessment or second opinion only?+
